Smoked Fish Dip
1/2 pound smoked fish, skin removed
2 tablespoons sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon chopped roasted red pepper
2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
2 chopped scallions, white and green parts
1 lemon, juiced
6 dashes of your favorite Florida Keys Hot Sauce (mild, medium or HOT!)
Freshly ground black pepper
Kosher salt
Directions:
Flake the fish into a large mixing bowl. Add the sour cream, cream cheese, red pepper, scallions, lemon juice, garlic and Florida Keys Hot Sauce. Mix together until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate before serving.
Serve with your favorite crackers, lemon wedges, fresh veggies, Florida Keys Hot Sauce (for that extra kick!) and drink of your choice.
