Frozen Mango Treat
4 cups mango pieces, frozen
1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
6 tbs powdered sugar
zest of 1 lime (1/2 teaspoon)
In a food processor puree mango until pieces are pea-sized. Add yogurt, sugar, and lime zest and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a covered container and freeze 1 or 2 hours before serving.
