Fish Tacos
1 pound white flaky fish, such as mahi mahi
1/4 cup canola oil
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 jalapeno, chopped
8 flour tortillas
Garnish
chopped romaine
your favorite Florida Keys Hot Sauce (mild, medium or HOT!)
sour cream
thinly sliced red onion
chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
salsa
avocado or guacamole
splash of lime
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Whisk together oil, lime juice, chili powder, and jalapeno and pour over fish. Let marinate for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove the fish from the marinade place on a hot grill flesh side down. Grill for 4 minutes then flip for 30 seconds and remove. Let rest for 5 minutes then flake the fish with a fork. Place the tortillas on the grill for 20 seconds. Serve with your favorite garnish.
