Flavor Profile
Focused on Jalapenos, a combination of habanero and bell peppers join the fray. Salt, vinegar, sugar, and lemon juice add to a blend which complements fish, shellfish, chicken, and pork.

Pirates Booty-Are you kidding me!!!! The absolute best thing I ever put on roasted chicken. Not able to decide, I put equal amounts of Crazy Conch and Pirates Booty and WALAH!
